Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30.6.2003 "Protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data"
The regulation on the protection of personal data, adopted with legislative decree 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments and additions, requires subjects who define themselves as "owners" of the processing of personal data, pursuant to article 4 of the same law , to provide all interested parties with precise information regarding any processing of their personal data. BASEL PLUS srl, as owner of the processing of personal data, therefore intends to provide in detail the information requested regarding the processing of personal data governed by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (hereinafter "the Data").

The data collected by BASEL PLUS srl directly from the interested party or from third parties or otherwise acquired in the context of the activities carried out by the Association (in particular name, surname, address, profession, corporate offices, employer / company to which they belong, registration to professional registers, telephone number and e-mail address) may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations.
1 - PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The Data may be processed by BASEL PLUS srl with the support of computer and / or paper means, for the following purposes:
a) collection of information prior or subsequent to registration; execution of the obligations deriving from the contractual relationships established with the company; administrative and accounting purposes, as defined in art. 34, paragraph 1-ter, of Legislative Decree 196/2003; management of correspondence, including via fax or e-mail, as well as for activities strictly connected and necessary for the fulfillment of mutual obligations in place;
b) fulfillment of the obligations established by laws, regulations and community legislation, or provisions issued by Authorities and Supervisory Bodies, or administrative practices;
c) purposes functional to the activity carried out by the company, such as, by way of example and not limited to:
- preparation of studies;
- information, statistical or scientific activities.
d) for any activities related to the registration and participation in events organized by the company, including the detection of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of the services rendered;
e) to inform the interested party, also via e-mail via newsletters, about events (seminars, congresses, conferences) and other services organized by BASEL PLUS srl;
f) so that it can receive marketing communications relating to the promotion and / or sale of third party products and / or services, including via e-mail via newsletters.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points (a) and (b) is necessary and their processing for these purposes does not require consent. The provision of the Data referred to in point (d) is optional but may be necessary for the use in whole or in part of the event in the context of which the Data were collected.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points (e) and (f) is optional, as is the provision of consent to the use of data for these purposes. Failure to provide consent does not entail consequences, except that it will not be possible for BASEL PLUS srl, to keep the interested party updated on events, exhibitions, presentations of new products or services, nor for the interested party to receive publications or other informative material that it might be of interest to you. The consent given for the sending of commercial and promotional communications pursuant to art. 130, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 ("direct marketing") implies consent to the receipt of the same communications not only with automated methods, but also through traditional methods (paper mail and telephone calls via operator). The interested party is also given the right to express his consent to the receipt of the aforementioned communications exclusively through traditional methods of contact.
In the event that the Data (name, surname, company, role / profession, registration in professional registers, telephone number and e-mail address) are voluntarily provided by the interested party in the context and on the occasion of events (seminars / congresses / conferences) organized by BASEL PLUS srl, the company may use them to inform the interested party, also via e-mail, about future events (seminars / congresses / conferences) and other similar services organized by BASEL PLUS srl, and to send publications or other information material similar to that distributed in the context of the event during which your data were collected, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party adequately informed at the time of providing the data. The interested party may refuse the type of treatment now indicated also in occasion of sending any communication made by BASEL PLUS srl. At the time of providing data during events, the interested party may also expressly and freely consent to the transfer / communication of his data to third parties (BASEL PLUS srl) to receive marketing communications relating to the promotion and / or sale of products. and / or third party services. Pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 3-bis of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales of products and services, as well as market research and commercial communication, carried out through the use of telephone and paper mail through the use of addresses contained in the paper or electronic lists available to the public, is permitted without the need for the consent of the interested party, unless the latter has expressed his dissent by registering in the appropriate public register of oppositions.
The Data is accessible only to those within the company who need it due to their activity and the tasks performed such as, by way of example and not limited to: external relations and customer relations staff, accounting officers, secretarial staff. These subjects, the number of which will be limited to the bare minimum, process the data as "Data Processors", are appointed for this purpose and suitably trained to avoid loss, destruction, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing of the data themselves.

2 - COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
BASEL PLUS srl may communicate the Data for the same purposes for which they were collected, both within the company and to:
a) Supervisory and control authorities and bodies, or other subjects indicated by them, by virtue of provisions issued by them, or established by laws, including EU laws, regulations or administrative practices;
b) third parties, appointed as data processors, whose support BASEL PLUS srl uses for purposes strictly related and connected to those referred to in point 1 a), b) and c) and precisely:

d) if consent has been given to the treatments indicated in point 1 e), subjects (appointed as data processors:
who provide for the promotion and / or sale of products and / or services;
who carry out studies and market research;
subjects who carry out public relations activities;
e) if consent has been given to the processing indicated in point 1 letter f): third parties, independent data controllers, belonging to other economic categories.

3 - TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
The data of the interested party could also be transferred abroad, even outside the European Union, to the same subjects indicated in point 2, for the same purposes listed in point 1 above, with or without the aid of electronic means. or otherwise automated.
4 - PROCESSING METHODS
BASEL PLUS srl processes the data of the interested parties in a lawful and correct manner and in such a way as to ensure their confidentiality and security. The treatment - which includes the collection and any other operation contemplated in the definition of "treatment" pursuant to art. 4 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (including, by way of example and not limited to, the registration, processing, communication, storage, destruction of data) - is carried out using manual, computerized and / or telematic tools, automated or equivalent to these, with organizational and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
In particular, the processing of data for the purposes referred to in art. 7, paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 can take place not only through automated contact methods, on the basis of art. 130, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, but also through traditional methods, such as paper mail or calls via operator.

The data of the interested party, in compliance with the aforementioned methods, may also be held on computer media at the company. The Data are kept for the time necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are collected, in compliance with the law and any provisions of the Guarantor Authority. Pursuant to art. 24, letter i-ter) of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, consent is not required when the processing concerns the communication and exchange of data between companies belonging to the same group (parent companies, subsidiaries or associates pursuant to art.2359, civil code, or subject to common control), as well as between consortia, business networks, groupings and associations of companies, including temporary ones, if the communication or exchange is carried out for the following administrative-accounting purposes: purposes related to the performance of internal organizational activities; purposes functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, the management of the employment relationship in all its phases, the keeping of the accounts and the application of the rules on tax, trade union, social security, health, hygiene and safety at work . (Article 34, paragraph 1-ter of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196).
5 - EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The law provides that all interested parties must be informed of the rights they can exercise under the law itself. The list of these rights is contained in article 7 of the Law; it provides, among other things, that the interested party may request access to his data, obtain a copy of the information processed and, where appropriate, their updating, their rectification, their integration, their cancellation or blocking, as well as opposing in whole or in part for legitimate reasons the processing of data concerning him.
Furthermore, with specific reference to the processing of data for the purposes referred to in art. 7, paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, the interested party has the right to object to the same, in whole or in part; in particular, the right to object to the processing of personal data for "direct marketing" purposes carried out through automated methods also extends to traditional methods.
